I really enjoy the game or I should say I try to enjoy it I spend way to much watching videos instead of playing the game Uninstalled

I was enjoying the app for some time now but there’s an issue with the game app pop up suggestions can’t close them when they take up all of the screen I have to close the app and then restart it again to finish what I was doing, and there is no in app help menu or in app email support nor a in app feedback or in app game play suggestions

My train station disappeared. After numerous attempts to reach customer service they said I needed to this and that and basically wanted me to pay for another station and compensate me with the station, tbe upgrades and the money it had made. Obviously it’s fake money but it’s the time put into the game and then to have it taken away and be to start all over. I continued contacting customer service and they said they were forwarding to their escalation team. Well that was weeks ago it feels like and nothing has been done. I was doing everything right had my station where it was supposed to be and got out of app when done playing. I really enjoyed this game as it was relaxing. Time to find something similar this game as it doesn’t look like they are going to fix this issue.

Great game would be 5stars but when I watch a ad for a reward it doesn’t give anything

Well, when I was little my mom and my two aunts used to play The Sims 2 but I would barely understand that game but I still played it, then, we lost the game for some days I can't remember why and I asked my mom if wr could get it on the phone and she said no🙄 but she told me that this game was the sims two and I believed her (I liked the game as well, and I've been looking for this game in a while)⚠️⚠️⚠️AND I KNOW IT ISN'T THE SIMS BTW THIS IS JUST A STORY ABOUT HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE GAME⚠️⚠️⚠️ anyways thank you for reading this mess😳

It really keeps me occupied on long road trips and it is very enjoyable

I’ve always loved this game on my Android but I just added it to my iPad and now I can’t remove rocks...can you please fix.

It’s a bad shaken earthquake

This game has problems like how do you rotate the roads? How do you remove the rocks? And MORE!

This game needs daily rewards or something, there is no way to get more cash, once you run out of money there is no way to get anymore so you basically stop playing. It only gives the option to upgrade places but you can’t cash out on them. I’m ready to let this game go.

I loved playing this game,invested a lot of money to continue playing, but for the last week or so my game won’t load I’ve tried rebooting it still won’t load so now I guess I’ll have to stop playing and delete the game altogether

I have enjoyed building my city. However, It is very difficult to get to a higher level. When I get to a higher level, there are very few new items to build. At that point, I usually want to quit playing as there are not enough new things to build. Why don’t we have more choices?

So I've been playing this game for quite a while and I had another account but i gave my phone to my friends and they deleted ALL MY GAMES ok I know that's not sparkling society's fault but at the start of the game there should be an option to sign in or register or not but I had my other account all myself skyscrapers every were it was so beautiful I was even impressed whit the graphics and all of that! But a lifetimes job taken hours and hours making all of that...I need my account back now I'm doing everything again😑😤😢 please read this and if you did fix it I know y'all can do upgrades to the game I know y'all can do it I believe in you and if not possible..I hear ya..it's ok but this game is perfect experience for me to be and architect thank you all <3

The game is good, the gameplay can get annoying. In order to get most things past level 20 you need to have hours and hours of playtime to accumulate even a minimal amount of gold. Most recent update took away the price of speeding up so you just need to wing it. It's good/okay.

Love this game! Though to me it's a work art in progress! Though I may be a bit biased. Smooth UI realistic looking buildings decorations ect. Enough to give any fan of the genre hours of creative play! Plus you don't need Wifi! Love it!

Free gold videos not working

This is a very good app. I have some suggestions for an update. One of them is that I would like some more space to build. Please put in some more expansions. I am running out of space. You should put some real world buildings in the game also. It would be really awesome to have a freedom tower, or an Empire State Building in your city. You should also make an option to buy XP with gold or cash. That will help you level up faster. You have a great game. It would be even more awesome with some improvements like more real world buildings, and of coarse, more expansions. Please make an update that puts these improvements in the app. There could also be real world buildings from places like Dubai, or Shanghai, or Tokyo, Paris, or anywhere else. This would really turn the game into the best city building game ever. Please make this update.

The game itself is interesting enough but there is an obvious need for gold to buy expansions. There are opportunities to watch ads for gold, however, only about 5-10% do you actually get the gold bar.

It's a fun game but they have this option to watch an ad and get 1 free gold. And what happens a lot of the time is you watch the ad and it takes you back to the home screen so you don't get the free gold, very sly.

Before there where sounds when you collect money, now its gone, only the music plays in the background.Please fix that. Also, would be nice if you could, for examle, animate people on the streets, walking on the beach, playing basketball on the court, etc, just like Social City was on facebook. A lot of people play this game as it is by far the best one out of all your games and some new features would certainly refresh the game a little. Thanks in advance!

I have enjoyed playing through this game several times. Each time I made in App purchases and didn't mind because the purchase allowed me to move along with the game. This time, I noticed that the plot costs had jumped significantly especially when you get to the last 12 plots. Jumped so much it is difficult to purchase properties, do upgrades, and still be able to buy plots. If you do want to make a purchase, a $19.99 purchase of gold would cover about 1 1/2 plots. I'm wondering how much it will be when I'm down to the last few. Sorry, this is the last time I'll play or pay the ridiculous price.

Happily played this game for weeks. It can be played at your leisure without sucking up all your free time. Purchase one in-app offer and the ads go away. Not much to ask for a good game. Unfortunately, it has a few irritating bugs. It freezes up, the balance between residents and jobs is off. I had 16 available jobs but the game didn't fill them. I deleted the game and downloaded it again hoping it would fix the issues. But I had to start from scratch with a brand new game. I don't see playing this long term until they fix all the bugs.

Cheap gAme, not fun, not user friendly, waste of time and a complete headache to try and even play this game. Retarded creators... This is 2015!!!!!!! Fake reviews should be illegal and punishable by jail time

I think this game is one of the best simulation games out there. There were a lot of ads in the beginning but I decided to make a $2 in app purchase to get rid of them. In return, I was given 400,000 in game money which is a significant amount. I have found over time that this game is very generous with gold and game currency. Plus it is a fun game to play and there are no annoying repairs to buildings to deplete to your bank.

It deletes buildings I have up, it locks up. I've had to delete game to start over and still does it. PLEASE fix this.

The pop ups doesn't respond well I'll delete a rock and a building will be destroyed as well

Trying to report issues with new update and keeps getting returned. Could you forward this please?! Sparkling Society buildings stay in pop up mode and one right after the other. If I delete a rock, it deletes buildings and houses I've had for months and then goes back to major popups (not ads) with no way of stopping. I have reset, restarted, etc, but do not want to uninstall, as I have been building this forever. Please help!!

I love this game but there's some things that could make it better. 1. Weather cycle, it would be cool to have rain,2. More environment,it's kinda plane There's just grass and rocks , maybe have some trees and wild animals in the unclaimed spaces.but overall it's a great game.

Great game!!! It's by far my favorite, but now that I am at level 52 I cannot buy anything that doesn't cost gold!!! This is not really fair!! I've spent quite a bit of money on this game but I really think they need to add more houses and commercial business that cost cash instead of gold! And once you buy so many of anything the cost turns to gold, so if you get far enough like I am you have no selection of anything left!!! Please change this!!! I'm a good paying customer n this isn't fair!!!! I'll change it ton5 star if they fix this!!!

It's by far the best game ever. Two problems. One is that there is an advertisement every two minutes, it's very annoying. Second problem is that there is to little land. I wish there was more space. I don't like the 3rd game, way less land and too much islands

I was in the middle of relocating a horse barn when a request came from the games developers to rate the game. Since I was in the middle of relocating, the program could not connect to the iTunes Store for me to write a review. Unfortunately, the developers request killed my game dead in the water. I was immediately frozen out of game play! Other things I noticed earlier was the inability to turn game items in all cardinal directions, such as houses, etc; no walls, sidewalks, parking lots, traffic signs, the ability to name your city, and no bridges/overpasses in Decorations .

It's so cute and addicting. Was looking for the perfect simulation game and I finally found it. One thing though, the pop up ads every two minutes is super irritating. Especially when I'm in the middle of doing something.

I haven't even started the game because it keeps closing whenever I touch the play button at the title screen. Then when I try to email app support, gmail says that your email doesn't even exist.

I like the hard work they put in this game and I really appreciate this hard work.And it's the best business game in my opinion I like it keep up the good work.

So,I like totally love this game and I play it like all day every day of the week. The only problem is when I first had gotten it, the loading screen took FOREVER and sometimes it would automatically go back to my home screen so that's a big problem there. Also I think what u should do is make it like u have to design ppl to be in the houses I think that would be super cool. The game is OK for a standard touch and wait APP. It has decent graphics, slow action and slow progress. Things get costly quickly (game coins) and there are frequent offers of coins etc for real money. It seems to me that the only way to build a suitable bank account is to visit the game periodically, collect cash and points and the go on to something else more enjoyable. There are very frequent nags to download other "free download" games. For some crazy reason the offer many times offers a game already on the tablet. If the game is smart enough to advertise, how about not advertising something we already have. I may be wrong but it seems like sloppy programming. It is something Dogbert would be proud of.

I have played all 3 city island games the second one does offer new features such as canals and railroad tracks but not a big variety of buildings and homes. The gold and cash isn't set up as well as first city island. Don't get to buy as much with cash it seems to be all gold and takes forever to build a city. Game wants you to build things that are 3 levels away from unlocking. Has a few nice upgrades but first one still better. Just take that format and design and add the features to it that you have city island 2 and 3 then you'll have a awesome game.

I would gladly pay $10 for this game if it guaranteed I'd never see another ad. Every couple of minutes is utterly ridiculous. Fun game though!
