Help!

Trying to report issues with new update and keeps getting returned. Could you forward this please?!

Sparkling Society buildings stay in pop up mode and one right after the other. If I delete a rock, it deletes buildings and houses Ive had for months and then goes back to major popups (not ads) with no way of stopping. I have reset, restarted, etc, but do not want to uninstall, as I have been building this forever. Please help!!
